CONGRESS RULES
Dear participants, please read the following information text carefully to avoid any inconvenience/disruption.
-Our congress will be held online and face to face participation.
-Presentations will be made in English.
Participation Rules
-As the first author, a participant can participate with a maximum of 2 presentations.
-It is not possible to present papers on behalf of another person. The person who will make a presentation at the congress must be an author or co-author.
-Please log in to the system 15 minutes before your session starts.
-When you log in to the system, you directly join the digital registration desk and waiting room.
-From here, an invitation will be sent to you so that you can go to your presentation room with the support of our technical team. When you click the JOIN button on the invitation, you will be transferred to the hall where you will present.
-Presentations are limited to 15 minutes. For this reason, avoid giving purely theoretical information in your presentations and focus on the purpose of your study, findings, and conclusion.
-Please be careful not to exceed the presentation time (15 minutes) in order not to delay the sessions and not to keep the participants in the next session waiting.
-Sessions are recorded and archived on CD to be presented to relevant higher institutions upon request. For this reason, regardless of the order of your presentation, you must be in the hall from the beginning to the end of the session and have your camera on (in exceptional cases, you can turn off your camera for a short time). Please keep your microphone off while listening to the presentations to avoid audio interference.
- If you would like to record the session in which you are presenting, please convey this to the hall attendant at the beginning of the session. You will be given recording authority by the officer and you will be able to record the session and save it to your computer.
-Session chairmen, representing our organizing committee, have full authority in starting the sessions, taking questions and answers, and all matters related to the session.
-If a presentation is not made at the congress, a certificate of participation is not given. A certificate of participation is given to every author participating online or face-to-face. At the end of the congress, the signed PDF version of the participation certificate of the participants will be shared on the congress proceedings page.
-It is possible to participate in the congress with an abstract. No obligation to submit the full text. The dates and rules specified on the Congress web page are essential in submitting the Abstract and Full Text.
-Papers to be presented at the congress must not have been presented or published anywhere before.

STATEMENT FOR OUR SESSION CHAIRMEN
-Our session chairmen have full authority to manage the sessions on behalf of the organizing committee.
-After entering the digital session hall, you can start the session by making a short opening speech at the session start time.
-Although we recommend that you follow the presentation order in the program, you can change the order if you deem necessary during the session.
-15 minutes are allocated for each presentation. It is important for our participants to be careful not to exceed presentation times. You can do the question and answer session after each presentation.
